I'm Emily, and this is my story

Hey there! My name is Emily Samuel, I'm 29 years young and I started out my fitness career in NYC about 7 years ago. I am the founding female trainer at the gym Dogpound, but I have recently left to start my own journey. I am training clients independently across the world! I am so excited to bring this app to life to share my workouts and nutrition plans with you all. I am all about feeling good in our own skin and being confident in our own bodies. My programs will do just that for you! Let's get started!
